| IREM Chapter # 7 was part of a historic event on June 25, 2008. In response to requests for information regarding the development of local chapter foundations, the IREM Foundation has created a means by which every IREM chapter may establish a Chapter Restricted Fund to further the professional development needs of its members. Through the generosity of Arnheim and Neely, Inc., and company president Edward F. Zehfuss CPM, Western PA chapter #7 became the FIRST chapter of IREM to establish a Chapter Restricted Fund. The fund was established in memory and honor of Stanley W. Arnheim and Paul A. Neely, both past presidents of our Chapter.
