Annual Meeting & Luncheon
Members and friends enjoyed a great lunch, heard the latest info on EV programs available through Duquesne Light Co and charging options available through National Car Charging, and honored Chapter Past Presidents and Member Milestone recipients at the DoubleTree on Sept 8th - and, a special congratulations to our newest CPM Nicholas Griffith of Arbors Management, who was installed by Chapter Education VP Eric Graham ARM CPM Candidate.
Chapter President Chrissy Philippi CPM®, Donna Allen CPM® ARM®, Helene Prince ARM® and Associate member Jen Plecic stepped the Chapter into high gear with the second project of the new year. On March 31st and April 2nd Chapter "ambassadors" volunteered their time to help make the prom dreams of area high school students come true. Members joined with the ACDHS at the Project Prom Shop and assisted teens in finding their perfect outfit and accessories. What a wonderful and memorable experience to share.

Chapter Prom Event
They danced the night away to the music of an awesome DJ - enjoyed great food and a special event beverage - crowned the King & Queen of Prom 2022 - got some great deals on outstanding auction items - all while supporting our Chapter charity partner CANCER BRIDGES..

2023 Industry Forecast Meeting
Members of IREM and AAMP enjoyed lunch and a presentation by Sean Schachner, Regional Sales Director and Veronica Miniello, Senior Market Analyst for CoStar Group, on the current trends in the real estate marketplace globally, nationally, and regionally. The meeting was lead by Eric Graham CPM ARM - who did an outstanding job for his first time at the helm as 2023 President of the Western PA Chapter.
